Our Story

HEROBJECTS takes its name from her hero objects.

Pronounced HER OBJECTS; a play on words that balances feminine and masculine energy. It reflects a way of thinking about jewellery as both ornament and object, sculptural yet intimate. At the centre of each collection is a HERO piece crafted from 18k solid gold, designed to be worn with natural-coloured pearl or thick woven cord necklaces.

HEROBJECTS begins with a closeness to home. To the land and culture in where our founder grew up, and to the shapes that stayed with her. Vast desert horizons, long-held traditions and a present shaped by contemporary art and architecture coexist naturally. This sense of scale and continuity shapes the jewellery, influencing how each piece comes into being, how it is held and how it is worn. Certain forms appear again and again. The pomegranate seed, long associated in Arabic culture with beauty and abundance and with the idea that many lives can exist within a single form. Spirals and curves that suggest movement and continuity. Shapes drawn from dunes, flight, flora and land seen from above.
