SHIPPING
We ship from two locations: Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom (UK).
Subject to stock availability, all orders placed within Saudi Arabia for delivery within Saudi Arabia are shipped from Saudi Arabia. Vat, taxes and shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Subject to stock availability, all orders with requested delivery outside of Saudi Arabia are shipped from the UK. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Import duties and local taxes are not applied at checkout as they are not HEROBJECTS responsibility. Therefore customers are responsible to pay for ALL import charges applied to their orders.
Customers will be contacted by our nominated courier before delivery to arrange payment of these charges, which are payable directly to the courier/customs authorities. Duties and taxes paid to customs authorities are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer and not HEROBJECTS.

DELIVERY TIMES
We endeavour to ship 24-48 hours after orders are placed.
Orders placed over the weekend and across public holidays will be processed the next working day. During busy seasons and holiday periods orders can take longer to be shipped and delivered.
Depending on the destination country, orders usually take 2 to 7 working days to be delivered. Please allow 5 working days after confirmation of shipping, before contacting our customer services for an update.

We offer local collection for customers based in Jeddah Studio, Saudi Arabia. Please select the 'Pick Up in Store' option at checkout.
You will receive an email notification when your order if ready to collect. We anticipate orders being ready for collection in 24 hours.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of the item being signed for on delivery, provided the piece remains unworn and in its original packaging. All pieces are carefully inspected when we ship and again upon return and we reserve the right to decline a return and refund if the item does not meet our return conditions (is damaged, marked, worn or other).
If you wish to return your order please email hello@herobjects.com to request the return shipping label. Return shipping is arranged via a trusted courier, with the cost being deducted from the total value. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and approved following careful inspection.
Items marked final sale are not eligible for return and will be noted at the time of purchase.
If a return request is received after 14 calendar days of the item being signed for on delivery, we offer a store credit note which expires 90 calendar days after the request confirmation is approved and items are returned.
Return shipping is arranged via a trusted courier, with the cost being deducted from the total value. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and approved following careful inspection.
